My classes offer an uplifting combination of physical postures, breath work and gentle meditation, all in a supportive environment.
I believe everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from yoga. That’s why I offer a reduced, or free rate to those in lower income households, full time students and senior citizens - please contact me to find out more.
Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the class start time may not be eligible for refund.
A free 60 minute pre-recorded class for you to get a taste of vinyasa flow, or to use on weeks when there is no live, in-person class.

£12 for unlimited access to 4 recorded classes, sent directly to you via email - watch the recordings as many times as you like.
Never done yoga before? Feeling a bit creaky? This class is for you! A low impact, accessible yoga class, based around a chair and designed to gradually build strength, balance, and flexibility, while getting your energy flowing. All from the comfort of your home.
Low impact exercise like yoga can help to improve sleep, build bone strength, reduce stress and anxiety and encourage mindfulness and a sense of calm. This class incorporates props you can find at home such as chairs, the wall, and straps to help guide you into an mindful sequence of yoga poses.
This 45 minute beginners class is suitable for people over 55, those with less mobility, or those who are just starting out with gentle exercise.
Prices can be agreed based on your needs.
I offer private one-on-one yoga classes; online or in person in your home.
Learn the basics of yoga, advance your yoga practice, focus on a particular element of yoga, such as meditation, breath control, or particular poses - I will work with you to create tailored classes suited to your needs and experience level.
I also offer private group classes for events, parties, hen do’s, charity events and more. Please enquire.
End the day on a positive note, with this uplifting, energetic vinyasa flow class.
Connecting movements with the breath, we will move through a dynamic sequence of asana/ poses to leave you present and grounded in your self, while building strength and flexibility in the body.
This is an 60 minute mixed level class - challenge yourself in a supportive environment.
